Olbermann rates Beck and Palin as #1 last weekend

Back in May, Campbell Brown, an anchor on CNN, has decided to desert a sinking ship. She is leaving because she says she cannot compete with the rival cable news channels.

After Olbermann did a story about Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck, which is all he ever seems to do anymore in an effort to gain more viewers, it would seem the MSNBC anchor is getting desperate as well.

Olbermann railed into Sarah Palin for speaking out against Obamacare in Michigan last Wednesday, and could not resist going after Glenn Beck for his speeches at the NRA and at Liberty University.

Does Olbermann have a problem with people who believe in the First and Second Amendments? Does he have a problem with people who speak out against the policies of his Messiah and employer, the Obama administration? '

Or does he do Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck stories every night just to boost ratings?

According to the ratings on Monday night, it doesn't seem to be working, Keith, does it?

5PM
Glenn Beck – 2,208,000 viewers
Situation Room—506,000 viewers
Hardball w/ C. Matthews – 475,000 viewers

8PM
The O'Reilly Factor – 2,875,000 viewers
Campbell Brown – 353,000 viewers
Countdown w/ K. Olbermann – 1,016,000 viewers

9 PM
Hannity – 1,894,000 viewers
Larry King Live —420,000 viewers
Rachel Maddow Show —1,001,000 viewers
Joy Behar – 489,000 viewers

It's pretty sad that Behar can scrape together more viewers than Larry King.
