Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin are seditious

On March 8, 2010, on The Glenn Beck Program, Glenn did his best imitation of Joe Klein, from Time Magazine. It seems that the more Joe mentions Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck in his articles, the more people read them.

Joe is smart!

To show just how smart he thinks he is, watch Glenn Beck imitate him and tell me that it doesn't remind you of all those people in your life who act like they are the smartest person in the world, and you are the big fat dummy.

Now, Joe is on another rag about Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin. I guess his articles about anything other than these two, have fallen in readership numbers, so he's decided to go back to these two, who are probably the two most popular people in the news today. He says they are seditious!

That's mahvelous, Joe!

See, Joe Klein really IS smart! Here's the latest, in case you missed it, as many others did because no one watches Chris Matthews, but the Penn State (*smile*) grad said yesterday: "I did a little bit of research just before this show – it's on this little napkin here. I looked up the definition of sedition which is conduct or language inciting rebellion against the authority of the state.

And a lot of these statements, especially the ones coming from people like Glenn Beck and to a certain extent Sarah Palin, rub right up close to being seditious.

Ah, there's the rub, Joe!

Watch the entire video, and hear Glenn Beck say how Joe Klein must be smart because he went to Penn State, the "trailer park of the Ivy League Schools".

My daughter, a Dartmouth grad, got a kick out of that one. Donning an tweed smoking jacket, with pipe in hand as scholars often do, Glenn pointed out that like us, there are some words he reads that he must look up in the dictionary.

The funniest part was when Glenn found a word in the definition of another word Joe used, and said, "I had to look THAT one up too".
